
Those japanese sweets are originally filled with anko which is a specific marmelade made with azuki beans, they are very difficult to find so I choose to filled them with Nutella. The appereance of Dorayaki is like pancakes but they are not because the taste is completely different and they are much more fluffy, like a cloud! Dorayaki are called like this because it means “gong” the japanese musical instrument and that’s because their shape is round like a gong.
