Crêpes

The Crêpes are very famous all around the world. You can use them for a salty recipe or sweet recipe. For a delicious sweet breakfast you can fill them with nutella, marmelade, syrup, fruit and more. They are very easy to make and in this recipe I will show you in only few steps how to prepare them!

Degree of difficulty: easy

Preparation time: 10 minutes + 20 minutes in the fridge + 20 minutes to bake

Instructions:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250ml milk
  • 125g white flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • nutella/marmelade/syrup/honey/fruit

Instructions:

  1. First mix the eggs with milk and vanilla, then add the sifted flour.IMG_6979
  2. Place the dough in the fridge covered for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a crêpes pan and place a small quantity of dough and turn the pan anti-clockwise constantly.
  4. When it is cook turn the crêpes and heat the other side.IMG_6980
  5. Continue like that until the dough is finished and enjoy!
