Banana Bread

Banana Bread is a classical and very common sweet in the States and is perfect in any hour of the day, at breakfast or for a snack, you could toast it or spread on top of your slice Nutella or marmelade, is delicious. This recipe it’s easy to make and is appreciated by everyone, kids and adults because is very sweet and fluffy! 😉Degree of difficulty: easy

Preparation time: 10 minutes + 1 hour in the oven 

Ingredients: (for 15 pieces)

  • 200g white flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 120g white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 taspoon salt
  • 3g bicarbonate
  • half lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 120g butter room Tº
  • 3 bananas

Instructions:

  1. Pour the bananas very well and add the lemon juice so they don’t get brown, mix and set apart.IMG_6565
  2. Now in another bowl cream the butter with the sugar and when is perfectly creamy and there isn’t any grain of sugar you can add the eggs and salt.IMG_6566
  3. When is perfectly mixed add the poured bananas and then the sifted flour, baking powder and bicarbonate. Finally add the cinnamon.IMG_6568
  4. Place the dough in a bread tin (if you have it) already buttered and floured and bake at 180ºC oven preheated for 1 hour. Eat it cold and enjoy!IMG_6573
